Deine Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • You will independently manage and develop customers in the renewable energy sector
  • Create individual offers for your customers based on their needs and requirements. Follow up on your offers and be available for any queries
  • Receive and process orders in the system. Coordinate the delivery of products and ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
  • Maintain the customer database and regularly update information in the CRM system. Record all relevant customer interactions and activities
  • You will ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty through customer-oriented services and economic as well as technical problem-solving

Deine Qualifikation

  • Completed vocational training or a degree is important. However, more important is that you are characterized by openness and curiosity about people and technology.
  • Initial professional experience, knowledge, and experience in dealing with people in the B2B sector and ERP systems
  • You are communicative, highly organized, and play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the company’s sales success
  • Excellent English skills complete your profile
