Technical Project Manager – Substations (w/m/d)

Deine Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Overall technical coordination of substation projects across all project phases (planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning)

  • Management of technical departments (primary technology, secondary technology, construction, protection & control technology), including interface management

  • Responsibility for technical specifications, design approvals, and compliance with standards and grid operator requirements

  • Technical coordination with customers, EPCs, grid operators, experts, and suppliers, including clarification of all technical queries

  • Ensuring schedule, cost, and quality targets from a technical perspective, including risk management and change management

  • Organization and moderation of technical reviews, milestone dates, FAT/SAT, as well as acceptances and handovers

  • Management of documentation and verification (test concepts, as-built documents, acceptance reports)

  • Support for the construction site and commissioning phase in technical decisions and escalations

Deine Qualifikation

  • Degree/technician in electrical engineering, energy technology, or comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in the implementation of substations/high- and medium-voltage systems
  • Very good understanding of primary and secondary technology as well as project processes in energy plant construction
  • Experience in dealing with network operators, technical guidelines, and acceptance processes
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a high level of quality and safety awareness
  • Good German and English skills round off your profile
