Deine Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

Overall responsibility for the introduction of the walk-in MS stations/transfer stations product portfolio throughout the entire product life cycle
Definition of product requirements and specifications for primary and secondary technology and associated components
Analysis of market, customer, and network operator requirements and derivation of implementable product solutions
Development of technical product concepts in close cooperation with engineering, project management, and sales
Coordination of technical solutions with internal departments as well as external partners and suppliers
Responsibility for product roadmaps, further developments, and standardization
Supporting sales in technical product clarifications, quotation phases, and customer appointments
Participating in pricing strategy, calculation, and make-or-buy decisions
Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, guidelines, and network operator specifications (e.g., IEC, VDE, grid codes)
Supporting prototypes, tests, approvals, and product launches
Maintaining product documentation, data sheets, and technical documentation
Monitoring technology, market, and competitive developments

Deine Qualifikation

Completed degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification with relevant experience
Experience in product management, engineering, or project environment is an advantage
Very good technical understanding of low and medium voltage and network infrastructure
Experience in dealing with technical specifications and normative requirements
Ability to prepare technical content in a structured manner and develop it strategically
Interface skills between technology, sales, and management
Confident use of MS Office; ERP/PLM knowledge
Strong communication skills and assertiveness
Very good German and English skills
