Customer Care & Order Management (w/m/d)

Deine Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Supporting sales and key account management in day-to-day operations
  • Managing and coordinating customer orders from order receipt to handover to the project team
  • Creating, reviewing, and tracking quotations, order confirmations, and sales documents
  • Maintaining and managing customer, quotation, and order data in the ERP/CRM system
  • Coordinating service scopes, delivery dates, and commercial terms and conditions with internal departments
  • Acting as an interface between sales, project management, engineering, purchasing, logistics, and accounting
  • Monitoring order status, deadlines, and milestones
  • Supporting the preparation of contract documents, addenda, and amendments
  • Clarifying customer inquiries and providing support with complaints and deviations
  • Ensuring complete and structured order and project documentation
  • Assisting with the standardization and optimization of sales and order processes

Deine Qualifikation

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualifi­cation
  • Experience in order processing or project support
  • Understanding of commercial processes and project-related procedures
  • -Interest in technical products and solutions
  • Confident use of ERP and CRM systems & MS Office
  • Structured and careful approach to work
  • Strong organizational skills and good deadline ma­nagement
  • Strong communication skills when dealing with custo­mers and internal interfaces
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Very good German skills; English skills an advantage
