Deine Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

Overall responsibility for the BESS collector/medium-voltage product portfolio throughout the entire product life cycle
Definition of product requirements and specifications for MV busbars, BESS collector systems, and associated components
Analysis of market, customer, and grid operator requirements in the field of battery storage and medium voltage
Development of technical product concepts in close cooperation with engineering, project management, and sales
Coordination of technical solutions with internal departments as well as external partners and suppliers
Responsibility for product roadmaps, further developments, and standardization
Supporting sales with technical product explanations, quotation phases, and customer appointments
Participating in pricing strategy, calculation, and make-or-buy decisions
Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, guidelines, and grid operator specifications (e.g., IEC, VDE, grid codes)
Supporting prototypes, tests, approvals, and product launches
Maintaining product documentation, data sheets, and technical documentation
Monitoring technology, market, and competitive developments in the BESS and MV environment

Deine Qualifikation

Degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, industrial engineering
Experience in product management, engineering, or project management is an advantage
Very good technical understanding of battery energy storage systems (BESS), medium voltage, and grid infrastructure
Experience in dealing with technical specifications and normative requirements
Ability to prepare technical content in a structured manner and develop it strategically
Interface competence between technology, sales, and management
Confident use of MS Office; ERP/PLM knowledge is an advantage
Strong communication skills and assertiveness
Very good knowledge of German and English
