Product Manager – Medium Voltage & Transformer Stations (w/m/d)

Deine Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Responsibility for the transformer stations/transfer stations product portfolio (including standardization and further development)
  • Translation of market, customer, and grid operator requirements into clear product requirements and standard solutions
  • Definition of modular platforms and variants (e.g., BESS collector station, PV/wind grid connection, industrial transfer)
  • Ensuring compliance with standards and guidelines (including IEC 62271, IEC 60076, IEC 61850, and grid operator specifications)
  • Management of the technical product roadmap, including change and variant management throughout the entire life cycle
  • Creation and maintenance of product documentation (e.g., technical data sheets, standard SLD, options catalog, FAT/SAT templates)
  • Close cooperation with sales, engineering, purchasing, project management, and production to ensure project and delivery capability
  • Responsibility for cost, margin, and delivery time optimization through standard concepts, modular logic, and supplier strategies

Deine Qualifikation

  • Completed degree/training in electrical engineering, energy technology, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in the areas of transformer stations and medium-voltage technology
  • Very good understanding of the requirements of distribution network operators
  • Structured, independent way of working as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good German and English skills round off your profile
