Q

Quality assurance & QA processes

• -Establishment, maintenance, and further development of quality assurance and company processes
• Ensuring process compliance in projects and day-to-day business
• Definition, maintenance, and monitoring of quality standards, test points, and approval processes

Certifications & management systems

• Collaboration in the establishment, maintenance, and further development of management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, other standards as applicable)
• Maintenance of process documentation, work instructions, and supporting documents
• Ensuring standard-compliant documentation and filing structure

FMEA & Risk Analysis

• Conducting and moderating risk analyses at the project and process level
• Creating and maintaining FMEA (e.g., process FMEA, project FMEA)
• Derivation, tracking, and effectiveness testing of measures
• Supporting project teams in the early identification of risks and weaknesses

Processes & Interfaces

• Analysis and optimization of end-to-end processes (e.g., quotation, order, project management, billing)
• Close cooperation with project management, engineering, purchasing, order processing, and management
• Support in the standardization and scaling of processes during company growth
• Participation in the mapping of QA and risk processes in ERP and documentation systems

Deine Qualifikation

• Degree or training in quality management, industrial engineering, business administration, electrical engineering, or similar
• Experience in quality assurance, process management, or risk management is an advantage
• Knowledge of management systems and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001) is desirable
• Experience with FMEA, risk analyses, or structured evaluation methods is an advantage
• Very good understanding of processes and analytical and structured thinking
• Confident use of ERP systems, MS Office, and documentation tools
• Independent, careful, and responsible way of working
